Chocolate Peanut Butter ,Banana Smoothies 160z
1 Organic medium banana
2 Heaping TBS of Adams peanut butter (I prefer creamy)
1 tsp to TBS of ground flax-seed
1 tsp organic & gluten-free vanilla
2 TBS vegan organic chocolate syrup
Soy, rice, hemp, or almond milk or for the non vegan, organic milk
Add to a blender pitcher with the items above except for the “milk”
Then fill to the 16 oz line with “milk” this varies due to the size of the banana ect.
Blend or frappe’ or liquefy you drink until the are no chunks
Pour into a chilled glass for breakfast and sit on your back porch enjoying nature.
or for the busy, pour into a portable container and off you go on your busy day, but at least you ate a healthy breakfast to start your day! Most of all enjoy you healthy life!
